This Privacy Notice explains how Obeyaco, INC. ("Obeyaco," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Obeyaco website, dashboard, Discord server, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this notice.

Information you provide directly — including your full legal name, contact information, payment card details, and credentials for third-party retailer or platform accounts you provide to us in connection with the Services.

Sensitive data — where you choose to provide it in connection with account verification or support requests.

Information collected automatically — including your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and usage data collected when you access the Services.

Discord information — including your Discord user ID, username, and server role information, when you connect a Discord account or join our Discord server.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including attempting checkouts on your behalf;
• Verify your identity and eligibility, and administer your account;
• Process payments and maintain billing records;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
• Communicate with you about your account, requests, and support inquiries; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Payment processors, to process fees you owe to Obeyaco;
• Third-party retailers, to the extent necessary to attempt a checkout you requested;
• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations;
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required to comply with applicable law or legal process; and
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We will otherwise only share your information with your consent.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and access controls limiting who within Obeyaco may access your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a breach affecting Illinois residents' personal information, we will provide notice as required under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access and correct the personal data we hold about you;
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements;
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time; and
• As an Illinois resident, exercise any additional rights afforded to you under Illinois law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect the functionality of the Services.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will promptly delete it.

The Services may link to or interact with third-party websites and platforms, including retailer websites and Discord, that are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
